Parametri registrazione (ttaad4153m000)

Use this session to define the parameters for the logging of database locking and shared memory usage.

Nota Applicable for on-premises environments only:

You can only change parameters when you are logged on to the Master Application Server (MAS). The MAS is registered in the Sistemi (ttaad0550m000) session.

For shared memory logging, you can define a time frame in which the logging of object usage in the bshell takes place. For database locking, you can specify a threshold and a time frame.

After you specified the logging parameters, click Conv. in runtime. You can only run the Conv. in runtime command on a Master Application Server.

Locking
Enable Locking Log

Logfile

The log file, path included, where the locking statistics must be stored.

For example: <BSE_TMP>/lock_logging/log_locking.$$.

At runtime the $$ extension is replaced by a PID number. For example: the logging process generates this file: log_locking.1048612.

Nota about Cloud specific UI difference:

The field is replaced by the Location Logfiles(s) field. A read only fixed S3 Location.

Location Logfile(s)The S3 Location where the locking statistics must be stored. Read only and fixed:

AWS_S3/tmp/lock_logging.

The additional zoom option starts the FileManager (ttfmafileman) from which the generated logfiles can be downloaded.

 

Filter

From porting set 93i (bshell TIV level 2380) or later this field is shown. Specify a comma separated string of tables or companies.

For example:

  • tdsls400: Table tdsls400 for all companies
  • tdsls4000100: Table tdsls400 for company 100
  • tdsls4000100,0200: Table tdsls400 for company 100 and all tables for company 200
  • 0100: All tables for company 100

The wildcard * is supported:

  • td*: All tables of package td for all companies
  • tdsls*0100: All tables of package td, module sls for company 100.

If no filter is defined all tables of all companies are logged.

Period

Use the fields to define the start and end time in which the logging takes place.

Enable Shared Memory Log

Convert

Stores the specified data in the <BSE>/lib/defaults/logging file. The timeframe is stored in UTC format.

Cleanup

Removes all stored shared memory measurement data.
