Employé A code that identifies the employee. Nom The name of the employee. Remplaçant The deputy of the employee. Remarque The employee that you select in this field will get all work items distributed that normally would be assigned to the employee mentioned in the Employé field. Only if the user that you select in this field has the proper roles, the work items that are distributed to this user can be carry out. Département The department the employee works for. Adresse e-mail The E-mail address of the employee. Numéro de téléphone The phone number of the employee. Numéro de fax The fax number of the employee. Emploi (%) The percentage indicates the total working hours of the employee. Remarque The percentage that is specified refers to the employee's working hours per day. It is used by Workflow to distribute the workload evenly among the employees by taking their respective working hours into consideration. Date The date when the last changes were made to this session. Temps The time when the last changes were made to this session. Utilisateur The user who made the last changes in this session. User The name of the user who made the last changes in this session. Substitute The name of the employee's deputy. Date d'embauche The date when the employee started to work for the organization. Date de départ The date when the employee finished working for the organization. Remarque After this date the employee can no longer be linked to any model item. Non employé Si cette case est cochée, the employee no longer works for the organization, or is not yet employed.
