Landing page

The LN UI start page can be configured with a company logo and text. The Favorites, Bookmarks and Recently Used boxes are now configurable for each user.

User profiles

Users can now choose their LN profile at startup. Previously, it was required to set the preferred user profile as the default and restart the UI. Now, if no default user profile is available, a selection screen is displayed.
