Freight order clustering and inventory commitments

To ensure that only freight orders are subcontracted and clustered for which sufficient inventory is available, the Cluster with Committed Inventory Only check box has been added to the Generate Freight Order Clusters (fmfoc3200m000) session. In addition, an option to generate or cancel inventory commitments for freight order clusters has been introduced in the Generate Inventory Commitment (fmfoc2210m000) session.

These options are already available for the freight order planning procedure.
