Contract types in Service
In a project pegged scenario, only contract type Fixed Price could be used.
Contact types Time & Material and Cost Reimbursement can now be used in Service. The new contract types can be used for these objects:
- Service Calls
- Service Orders
- Maintenance Sales Orders
A default setting determines whether invoicing must be performed through Project or Service.
