Setting reference activities and master routing data by site and service officeYou can define the reference activities and master routing data specific to a site or a service office. Setting the reference activities data by site You can set the site specific reference activities data in the Reference Activities by Site (tsacm1102m000) session. Note This session is displayed only if the Sites field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. If the Reference Activity by Site is Mandatory check box is selected in the Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) session, Infor LN defaults this data from the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session, based on the selected reference activity:
To modify the defaulted data, you must clear the Use Global Definition check box in the Reference Activities by Site (tsacm1102m000) session. Note
When a reference activity is deleted in the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session, Infor LN deletes the reference activity data defined for a site in the Reference Activities by Site (tsacm1102m000) session. However, if the Reference Activity by Site is Mandatory check box is selected in the Activity Management Parameters (tsacm0100m000) session, you can delete a reference activity only when all the orders, to which the reference activity is linked, are closed or cancelled.
