Creating TAT Document for a Work Order Outgoing Subassembly

A TAT Document can be created for the outgoing subassembly in the Work Order Outgoing Subassemblies (tswcs4150m000) session. LN links this TAT Document to the related incoming subassembly in the W Work Order Outgoing Subassemblies (tswcs4150m000) session.

A TAT Document is created for the outgoing subassembly if:

  • In the Reference Activities (tsacm1101m000) session:
    • The Supply Item to Subcontractor check box is selected for the related subcontracted reference activity.
    • The Subcontractor is specified. Terms are defined and the Role is set to Supplier, for this Subcontractor in the Turnaround Time Terms (tcttm0110m000) session.
  • The Confirmed check box is selected in the Work Order Outgoing Subassemblies (tswcs4150m000) session.

The TAT Document is created only if an applicable term is available in the Turnaround Time Terms (tcttm0110m000) session. Else, the outgoing subassembly is created without the TAT Document and a warning message is displayed.

If a TAT Document is linked to the related work order in the Work Orders (tswcs2100m000) session, this TAT Document is displayed as the Parent Document (of the TAT Document linked to the outgoing subassembly) in the Turnaround Time Terms (tcttm0110m000) session.

To create a TAT Document for the existing outgoing subassemblies:

  1. Clear the Confirmed check box in the Work Order Outgoing Subassemblies (tswcs4150m000) session.
  2. Define appropriate TAT Terms in the Turnaround Time in the Turnaround Time Terms (tcttm0110m000) session.
  3. Select the Confirmed check box. LN creates the TAT Document for the outgoing subassembly.
