Report Schedule Lines Completed (tirpt4102m300)Use this session to report quantities completed on individual schedule lines.
Work Cell A production unit consisting of one or more work stations in a fixed sequence. A work cell is used in repetitive manufacturing for the production of a repetitive item. Shift The production work force can be organized in shifts. The most common models are one, two or three shifts models, but more complicated models are possible with different shift divisions planned for various days of the week. A shift has the following properties:
Note A shift with a start date and time in the past cannot be deleted. Start The shift start date and time. End The shift end date and time. Production Start Date The date and time production for the schedule line started. Production Schedule The production schedule ID. Schedule Position The line's position in the schedule. Product An item of the type Manufactured or Product with the default supply source Repetitive, defined in a production model and created through repetitive manufacturing. Ordered The quantity product ordered. Completed The quantity product reported Completed. Rejected To Quarantine The quantity product quarantined during the specified shift. To Repair The quantity product transferred to a repair cell. Repaired The quantity product returned to the schedule line from the repair cell. To Backflush The quantity to backflush. Backflushed The quantity already backflushed. Original Start Date The earliest date materials to manufacture the product are available. Original Finish Date The earliest date the planned quantity of product can be completed. Production Finish Date The date on which the production order is completed. Actual Production Start Date The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is started. Actual Production Finish Date The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is completed. Origin Status Warehousing Order An order for handling goods in the warehouse. A warehouse order can be of the following inventory-transaction types:
Each order has an origin and contains all the information required for warehouse handling. Depending on the item (lot or non-lot) and warehouse (with or without locations), lots and/or locations can be assigned. The order follows a predefined warehousing procedure. Note In Manufacturing a warehousing order is often called a warehouse order.
