Use this session to view the planned schedule lines for a work cells.

 

Work Cell

A production unit consisting of one or more work stations in a fixed sequence.

A work cell is used in repetitive manufacturing for the production of a repetitive item.

Repair Cell

If this check box is selected, a repair cell is linked to the selected work cell.

Planned Start

The production start date of a schedule line.

Schedule

The production plan with time phased production quantities for an item or set of items that are built together according to a production model.

Line

The schedule line number.

Product

The repetitive item that is reported.

Quantity Ordered

The total quantity to be produced for the schedule line.

Duration [Hrs]

The lead time required to execute an operation.

The production time includes the setup time and the run time. The formula LN uses to calculate the production time depends on whether or not the corresponding operation has a fixed duration.

  • In case of a fixed duration, the formula LN applies to calculate the production time is:

    average setup time + cycle time 
  • If the operation does not have a fixed duration, the formula LN applies is:

    average setup time + (cycle time * quantity planned input) / routing quantity 
Quantity to Backflush

The quantity to be backflushed based on the delivered quantities for the schedule line.

Quantity Backflushed

The produced quantity for which the required materials are backflushed.

Original Start Date

The earliest date materials to manufacture the item are available.

Original Finish Date

The earliest date the planned quantity can be completed.

Production Finish Date

The date on which the production order is completed.

Actual Production Start Date

The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is started.

Actual Production Finish Date

The actual date on which manufacture of the items for production is completed.

Origin

The origin of the production run.

Status

The status of the production run.

Warehousing Order

The ID of the warehouse order related to the production run.

Quantity Completed

The quantity product reported Completed.
