Create Revisions The available options to create revisions. Create From The date as from which revisions are created This date limit is the effective date of the first revision. This date is used to determine up to how far in the past revisions are to be created. The option specified in the Create Revisions field determines how the revisions are crated. Print Messages If this check box is selected, a report that lists the results and any errors occurring in during the process is printed. Simulation If this check box is selected, the process is run in simulation mode, that is, the data is not actually generated, but a preview of the results is generated Validate and Approve If this check box is selected, the routings are validated and new routings with status Approved are created. If this check box is cleared, routings with status New are created. These must be approved by the user.
Generate Launches the process according to the specified settings.
