Machine Capacity Groups (tirou4161m000)Use this session to manage machine capacity per site and machine type. The machine capacity group defines the number of machines of a specific type in a work center and their logistical and planning properties.
Site The ID of the site where the machines are present. Work Center A specific production area consisting of one or more people and/or machines with identical capabilities, that can be considered as one unit for purposes of the capacity requirement planning and detailed scheduling. Machine Type The machine type to which the machines in the capacity group belong. Number of Machines The number of machines present on the specified site. Operation Rate Code A code that identifies operation rates (labor costs, machine costs, or overhead costs). The code can be defined at different levels, and in order of priority be related to the reference operation, machine capacity group, work center and production department's calculation office.
