Routing Operation - Instructions (tirou4115m000)Use this session to manage operation instructions. Note To use this session the Job Shop by Site parameter in the Multisite Concepts Activation (tcemm4600m000) session must be set to Active or In Preparation.
Product The product ID. Routing The sequence of operations required to manufacture an item. For each operation, the reference operation, machine, and work center are specified, as well as information about setup time and cycle time. Revision The routing revision to which the related routing operation applies. Operation The operation ID. Operation Step A suboperation connected to a routing operation. An operation step can contain information such as, instructions, process information, and tools information. Instruction The instruction that is linked to the operation/ operation step combination, and which is printed on the production order documents. If the Operation Step field is 0 (zero), the instruction is only linked to the operation. The instruction can be a document identification that refers to a document containing specific instructions. These instruction documents can be displayed on the computer screen or on printed paper.
