Operation Cost Analysis (tirou4101m100)

Use this session to display the calculated operation costs by routing operation, along with the level at which the retrieved rates are defined.

Product

The product ID.

Site

The site for which the routing is defined.

Routing

The sequence of operations required to manufacture an item.

For each operation, the reference operation, machine, and work center are specified, as well as information about setup time and cycle time.

Revision

The routing revision to which the related routing operation applies.

Reference Date

The date used to retrieve the date effective, approved operation rates used in the calculations.

Cost Calculation Code

A specification of how a standard cost, valuation price, or sales price is calculated. The code stores specific cost calculation data.

The price calculation code that is defined in the Standard Cost Calculation Parameters (ticpr0100m000) session determines the standard cost. Other cost calculation codes are used for simulation purposes. The price calculation code for customized items is stored by project.

Economic Order Quantity

The amount of product to be purchased or manufactured at one time. In case of a customized item, the total required quantity as specified in the project structure.

The date he routing revision becomes effective.

Expiry Date

The date the routing revision expires.

The operation ID.

Reference Operation

The ID of the task performed on the manufacturing machine.

Machine Type

The sort of machine that is used during production.

Number of Machines

The number of machines used during production.

Labor Resources for Production (FTE)

The number of man hours needed for production.

Labor Resources for Setup (FTE)

The number of man hours needed to setup for production.

Work Center

A specific production area consisting of one or more people and/or machines with identical capabilities, that can be considered as one unit for purposes of the capacity requirement planning and detailed scheduling.

Setup (h)

The operation setup time in hours.

Run (h)

The operation cycle time in hours, multiplied by the quantity in the Economic Order Quantity field.
