Budget Details (tipcs2140m000)Use this session to find or list budget details. In the details session, you can maintain budget data that will be used to calculate the budget. Note Enter a budget or maintain general budget data in the Projects (tipcs2101m000) session.
Budget A cost estimate in the preproduction stage of projects. Includes an estimate of future costs and revenues related to expected activities. A budget is linked to a calculation group. Budgets within the same calculation group can therefore be used for simulation purposes. Budget Date The date on which the budget was entered. Material Prices Final If this check box is selected, the material prices are included in the calculation. Operation Rates Final If this check box is selected, the operation rates for the budget are calculated. Subcontracting Rates Final If this check box is selected, the subcontracting rates of the budget are calculated. Budget Calculation Final If this check box is selected, the budget calculation is finalized. Material prices, operation rates, and subcontracted rates are included in the calculation. Last Calculation Date The date on which the budget was last calculated. Final Material Date The date on which the final calculation of the budget is calculated.
