Product The product ID. BOM Quantity The number of manufactured products to which a bill of materials (BOM) applies. The BOM quantity enables you to specify very small product quantities as BOM components. Example You need very small amounts of certain colors to mix one liter of a specific paint, Cotton White. Therefore, a BOM quantity of 1000 liter is defined. The component quantities for the paint can then be as follows:

Effective Date The date the P-BOM becomes effective. Source The origin of the P-BOM. Allowed values Source Engineering Item The item for which the Engineering Bill of Material is defined. Note If the P-BOM is created by EDM based on an engineering item- Item Relationship, this field specifies the engineering item. Source Engineering Revision The revision of the engineering item bill of material. Expiry Date The date the P-BOM can no longer be used. Created By The name of the employee responsible for the creation of the PBOM. Created On The date the PBOM was created. Approved By The employee responsible for the approval of the production bill of material. Approved On The date the production bill of material was approved. Expired By The eployee responsible for expiring the production bill of material. Expired On The date the production bill of material was expired.
