Site The site ID. Product The product ID. Model The ID of the predefined configuration that specifies the production method, list of materials, time and capacity required and reporting method used to manufacture the product. Revision The JSBOM revision number. Status The status of the job shop bill of material. Only JSBOMs with the status Approved can be used for manufacture. Allowed values
BOM Quantity The number of manufactured products to which a bill of materials (BOM) applies. The BOM quantity enables you to specify very small product quantities as BOM components. Example You need very small amounts of certain colors to mix one liter of a specific paint, Cotton White. Therefore, a BOM quantity of 1000 liter is defined. The component quantities for the paint can then be as follows:
Routing The routing ID. Note Only routings linked to the specified site can be selected. Text If this check box is selected, additional text is present. Use for Planning If this check box is selected, the selected JSBOM is used for planning. Note Per item and site, only one Job Shop bill of material can be used for planning. Use for Costing If this check box is selected, the selected JSBOM is used for costing. Note Only one JSBOM per product can be used for costing purposes. Effective Date The date the JSBOM revision becomes effective. Expiry Date The date the JSBOM revision expires. Source The PBOM ID from which the JSBOM revision was generated. Source Revision The PBOM revision from which the JSBOM revision was generated. Created By The employee responsible for generating the JSBOM. Created On The date the JSBOM was generated. Approved By The employee responsible for approving the JSBOM revision. Approved On The date the JSBOM revision was approved. Expired By The date the JSBOM revision was expired. Expired On The employee responsible for expiring the revision.
