|   | Refresh and Freeze Assembly Orders (tiapl3203m000)Note - You can only start this session if your current company is defined as master company in the Assembly Planning Parameters (tiapl0500m000) session.
 - The differences between the creation and the refresh of
assembly orders can be summarized as follows: The planned offline date of the
product variant is not evaluated against the assembly order time fence, but
against the refresh time fence. The update of an assembly order can be partly,
for some segments only. Line station orders (LSOs) that were frozen are not
updated. Line station orders that fall in the freeze time fence of the segments
can be frozen after the line station orders are updated.
 - When you refresh the assembly orders, the process variables
that are linked to the line station orders of the refreshed assembly orders are
			 also refreshed.

Roll-off Line The roll-off line of the product variant. The Assembly Line Structure Status of the roll-off
assembly line, which appears in the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session, must be Actualized. If you select an assembly line by zooming from
this field to the related session, only assembly lines can be selected whose Assembly Line Structure Status is Actualized.
Product Variant The product variant whose assembly orders are
refreshed and/or frozen. The following conditions apply to the product variant: - The AssemblyStatus, which appears in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is Planned.
 - The To Be Deleted check box, which appears in the details of the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is cleared.
 - The Planned Offline Date of the product variant, which
appears in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, falls before
the refresh time fence of the roll-off line. The refresh time fence is defined
for each assembly line in the details of the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session.

If you select a product variant by zooming from this field
to the related session, the first two conditions are automatically
met. Product Variant The product variant whose assembly orders are
refreshed and/or frozen. The following conditions apply to the product
variant: - The AssemblyStatus, which appears in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is Planned.
 - The To Be Deleted check box, which appears in the details of the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is cleared.

the refresh time fence of the roll-off line. The refresh time fence is defined
for each assembly line in the details of the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session.

If you select a product variant by zooming from this field
to the related session, the first two conditions are automatically
met. From Item The range of the generic item or manufactured item codes for which the Default Supply Source is Assembly. Freeze If this check box is selected, the line station orders (LSOs) that make up the
assembly order are frozen, which means that changes in the order content are no
longer automatically processed for this LSO. LSOs are frozen if the following conditions are
met: - The line segment start date, which is determined when the
assembly order is sequenced, falls within the freeze time fence of the line
segment of the LSO. The freeze time fence is defined in the Line Segments (tiasl1540m000) session.
 - The previous segments, that is, the segments closer to the
start of the assembly line, are already frozen.
 - The LSO is sequenced. Sequencing is carried out in Assembly Control per
assembly order. For each company, one assembly order was created.

Note - Just before the LSO is frozen, the LSO is updated for the
				last time, if required.
 - Frozen LSOs can only be changed manually, in Assembly Control. In that
case an order-specific line-station variant (LSV) is created to
prevent that the changes also affect other LSOs that use the same
				LSV.
