Component Release

The identification of the issue of a component.

Application

An application that is defined within a component definition.

Description

Specifies how the application was inserted in the current component release.

Argument

The argument that is passed on to the executable defined for the current combination of component and component release.

For example, to start Microsoft Outlook its e-mail functionality use '/c ipm.note'.

Main Application

If this check box is selected, the application can be directly started. Only the main applications can be linked to an activity of application type.

Note

For applications that are ERP sessions the Main Application check box will be selected if the ERP session is a main session.

Text

If this check box is selected, an explanatory text is present.

Updated with Session

The description or name of the ERP session that caused the latest change to the current record.

Date

The date when the last changes were made to this session.

Last Change Time

The time when the last changes were made to this session.

User

The user who made the last changes in this session.

 

Subapplications by Application

If you click this button (or command), you can maintain the Subapplications of the selected application.

Start Application

If you click this button (or command), the selected application is started. Only a main application can be started. The component instance for the combination of component and component release must be defined.
