A model that represents a specific organization.
A project model is built from a library (repository) of the following model items:
- business-control model
- business-function model
- business-process model
Evaluate Parameter Setting Rules (Project Model) (tgbrg4230m000)Use this session to import parameters and set their value based on the parameter-setting rules that were defined in the Rules (tgbrg7500m000) session. The value of the parameter is set if the following condition is met: the parameter is used in a parameter-setting rule
Project Model A model that represents a specific organization. A project model is built from a library (repository) of the following model items:
Description The description or name of the project model. Version A group of model items that share some characteristics, such as the customer, owner, and effective date. Description The description or name of the version. Optimization Phase A phase in the business-improvement cycle in which new business functions and business processes are implemented in an organization. Description The description or name of the optimization phase. Test Run If this check box is selected, a report with the hypothetical outcome of the current session run is printed. The parameters are not actually imported and set. Purge Existing Model If this check box is selected, the parameters that are already present in the project model but do not meet the conditions of the parameter-setting rules are removed from the project model. If this check box is cleared, the parameters that are already present in the project model but do not meet the conditions of the parameter-setting rules remain in the project model. Overwrite If this check box is selected, the parameters that are already present in the project model and meet the conditions of the parameter setting rules receive the value that is derived from the parameter setting rule. Therefore, if the current value of that parameter is different from the value that is derived from the setting rule, the latter value is applied. Print If this check box is selected, the outcome of the current session run is printed.
Evaluate If you click this button (or command), the rules are implemented.
