Generate Purchase Order Advice for Sales Order (tdsls4240m000)

	Generate Purchase Order Advice for Sales Order (tdsls4240m000) Use this session to copy a sales order to a purchase order advice. The advices can be generated for direct deliveries, cross-docking orders, or both. Note If the activity Generate Purchase Order Advice for Sales Order (tdsls4240m000) is linked to the order type in the Sales Order Type - Activities (tdsls0560m000) session with the Automatic check box cleared, you must generate purchase order advices in this session. If the generated purchase order advices must be automatically converted to a purchase order, select the Convert Purchase Advice automatically to Purchase Order check box in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session. If this check box is cleared, you must manually confirm and transfer the purchase order advices to a purchase order in the Confirm Purchase Order Advice (whina3211m000) and Transfer Purchase Order Advice (whina3212m000) sessions. If Generate Purchase Orders (tdsls4241m000) is linked as an activity to the order type instead of Generate Purchase Order Advice for Sales Order (tdsls4240m000), you need not generate purchase order advices for cross-docking orders and direct delivery orders. You can directly generate cross-docking orders and direct delivery orders in the Generate Purchase Orders (tdsls4241m000) session. Note This option generates purchase order advices for directly delivery sales orders. If the warehouse is WMS controlled, and the Cross-docking check box is cleared for the warehouse in the WMS Interface Parameters (whwmd2105m000) session, you cannot generate cross-docking orders. Print Report If this check box is selected, a list of all generated purchase order advices is printed. Print to predefined Device If this check box is selected, the report is printed on your default printer. If this check box is cleared, the report is printed on an alternative, to be specified printer.
