Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000)Use this session to view and maintain the default data recorded by the user, which is used to determine the order entry method and the default values during the input of orders. User profiles use the sales office data for defaults. The default data affects the creation of these sales documents: On the appropriate menu, you can choose Default Devices by User. As a result, the Default Devices by User (tdsls0140m000) session starts in which you can enter the required devices to which external documents must be printed.

If this check box is cleared, and insufficient inventory is available to deliver a sales order line, sales order component line, or sales quotation line on time, LN automatically starts the Inventory Shortage Menu (tdsls4830s000) session. You must select the appropriate action to take. Note For sales order (component) lines, the Inventory Check Moment field in the Sales Order Types (tdsls0594m000) session determines when the inventory is checked for an order type. For sales quotation lines, the inventory checking moment is recorded in the Sales Quotation Parameters (tdsls0100s100) session. Maintain Statistics If this check box is selected, the user is allowed to maintain sales statistics. Can Release Credit Held Orders If this check box is selected, the user is allowed to release sales orders that are held for Credit Check purposes. Can Release Generally Held Orders If this check box is selected, the user is allowed to release sales orders that are held for General purposes. Can Release Margin Held Orders If this check box is selected, you can release sales orders that are subject to margin control activities. Can Release Promotion Check Held Orders If this check box is selected, the user is allowed to release sales orders that are held for Promotion Check purposes.
