Item Sales Compliance Data (tcgtc0110m000)

Use this session to create and maintain item specific data for export compliance. Item compliance data can be used for the external compliance check.

Note
  • You can access this session only if the Sales Trade Compliance check box in the Global Trade Compliance Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session is selected.
  • You can send the item specific data to an external application for the compliance check. Also, when performing the internal check, you must check for the presence of item compliance data.
  • Data must be printed in Logistics report.
  • The item data is maintained based on the country and is valid for the specified period.

 

Item

The code of the item.

Note

Items of the type Equipment, Subcontracted Service, and List cannot be specified.

Country

The code of the country (country-to).

Description

The description or name of the code.

Effectivity Unit

The effectivity unit used for external compliance check.

Note
  • This field is displayed only if the Unit Effectivity check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
  • The specified effectivity unit must be defined in the Effectivity Units (tcuef0502m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Effective Date

The date from which the item data is effective.

Note

This date must be before the Expiry Date.

Expiry Date

The date from which the item data is not effective.

Note

This date must be after the Effective Date.

HS Code

The harmonized system code.

Note
  • This value is defaulted from the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.
  • You cannot use the HS code for which the Expiry Date specified in the Harmonized System Codes (tcmcs0128m000) session is before the Expiry Date.
Description

The description or name of the code.

USML Category

The United States Munitions List category of items that are controlled by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or other similar regulations, for the control of defense related articles and services.

ECCN

The code of the Export Control Classification Number.

Z Number

The license information request number.

Schedule B Code

The US specific export code, used for reporting purposes

Description

The description or name of the code.

CCATS Number

The Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System number.

NATO Stock Number

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization stock number.

Country of Origin

The country where the item is originally manufactured.

This value is defaulted from the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.

Moment of Checking License Completeness

Specify the level at which the end user license completeness must be checked for the item linked to the sales order line.

Moment of Checking End User Statement Completeness

Specify the level at which the completeness of the end user statement linked to the sales order line must be checked.

Text

If this check box is selected, the text related to item compliance is present.

 

Only Effective Data

Displays item compliance data that is effective for the current date.

Print Item Compliance Data

Prints item compliance data in the report.
