  • In Preparation

    You can set up master data, but specifying or processing orders related to the entity is not allowed.

  • Not Applicable

    Not used.

  • Active

    The entity is fully operational. You can set up master data and you can specify, process or view orders related to the entity.

  • Closing in Progress

    Handling or processing transactions involving outbound inventory movement or shipment is allowed for the entity, but you cannot create orders that result in a warehouse receipt.

  • Closed

    The entity is not used. Archiving or deleting orders and master data is allowed.

  • Hidden

    The entity is not used and invisible for users. The entity is unavailable for order handling and master data maintenance.
