Received Personnel Skill Data (tcbod2111m000)

Use this session to view personnel skill data, received from an imported SyncPersonnel BOD.

After the received personnel data is approved and processed successfully, the skill data is updated in the Skills by Employee (tcppl0120m000) session.

Note
  • The Manual Approval of Received Personnel Updates Required check box in the BOD Parameters (tcbod0100m000) session determines the method to approve the received personnel data.
  • If a received skill does not exist in Infor LN or is too long, you cannot update the Skills by Employee (tcppl0120m000) session and must define the corresponding Non-Processing Reason.

 

Personnel

The employee ID.

Name

The name of the employee.

Skill

The skill received for the employee.

Processing Status

The processing status of the personnel data.

Allowed values

Personnel Processing Status

Non-Processing Reason

The reason why the personnel skill data cannot be processed and the Processing Status is set to Rejected.

Allowed values

Personnel Non-processing Reason

Effective Date

The date the skill is effective for the employee.

Expiry Date

The date the skill is expired for the employee.

Last Used Date

The date the skill was last used.
