Corrective Action Plans - Tasks (qmcpl1605m000)Use this session to to view the corrective action plan (CAP) tasks, and also create a CAP. Note The specified tasks must be performed to complete corrective action plan. Filters You can use these filters to display the required CAP tasks:

Task Type The code used to categorize the task. Description The description or name of the code. Assigned Employee The code of the user who performs the tasks linked to the CAP. Description The description or name of the code. Approver The user responsible for the approval of the tasks that are performed for the CAP. Description The description or name of the code. Open The option to activate the filter. Click Open to view the CAP tasks with the status, Open. Note The count of the CAP tasks are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. Approved The option to activate the filter. Click Approved to view the CAP tasks with the status, Approved. Note The count of the CAP tasks are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. In Progress The option to activate the filter. Click In Progress to view the CAP tasks with the status, In Progress. Note The count of the CAP tasks are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. Completed The option to activate the filter. Click Completed to view the CAP tasks with the status, Completed. The count of the CAP tasks only with the status Open, Approved, In Progress, and Completed are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. Due Today The option to activate the filter. Click Due Today to view the CAP tasks that are due today. The count of the CAP tasks only with the status Open, Approved, In Progress, and Completed are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. Due 1-7 Days The option to activate the filter. Click Due 1-7 Days to view the CAP tasks that are due within the next seven days. The count of the CAP tasks only with the status Open, Approved, In Progress, and Completed are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting. Due > 7 Days The option to activate the filter. Click Due > 7 Days to view the CAP tasks that are due beyond the next seven days. The count of the CAP tasks only with the status Open, Approved, In Progress, and Completed are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
