Submit Plan Submits the corrective action plan for approval. The Corrective Action Plan status changes to Submitted. Reset Plan to Open Resets the corrective action plan status to Open. Approve Plan Approves the corrective action plan. The Corrective Action Plan status changes to Approved. Complete Sets the Corrective Action Plan status to Completed. Close Plan Sets the Corrective Action Plan status to Closed. Cancel Cancels the corrective action plan and associated task. The Corrective Action Plan status is set to Cancelled. You can cancel a Corrective Action Plan with status Open, Modified, Submitted or Approved. When you re-open the cancelled Corrective Action Plan, LN sets the Corrective Action Plan status to Modified and associated Tasks status to Open.
