To set up the process browserTo see your Process Browser these conditions must be met: Condition 1 One or more project models are created that contain at least these model items: Verify if the value of the Use Employee - Project Model link field is No. Linking employees to a project model is not required. For the creation of process browsers no check is carried out that verifies if employees are linked to the project model. Condition 2 The employee must be authorized for (part) of the project model through the roles. Condition 3 For each business process within the business process model you must specify if it can be used in the Process Browser. You can specify the business processes in the details session of the business process in the Business Processes by Project Model (tgbrg4560m000) session. Condition 4 An employee must be linked to an ERP user. This link can be established in the Employees (tgbrg8135m000) session. Condition 5 Use the User DEM Settings (tgbrg8136m000) session to define the default Process Browser settings for an ERP user. Specify the default project model and the user authorizations. Condition 6 The created project models must be defined as run time project models in the Runtime Version, Project Model and Optimization Phase per Company (tgbrg0105m000) session. At least one of these runtime project models must be linked to the startup company of the ERP user. You can select the default startup company for every ERP user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session. Note For every company, one runtime project model must be selected as the main runtime project-model. Main runtime project-models are used in the Process Browser for the following purposes:
