| | Aggregate DEM Authorizations for AMS (tgbrg9298m100)Use this session to aggregate DEM
Authorizations and the explicitly modeled sub-applications. When these
Authorizations are exported, the corresponding AMS roles are
generated. This session becomes available when Enhanced AMS is used and
the Support Export of DEM Roles to AMS check box is
selected in the AMS Parameters (ttams0100m000) session. Optimization Phase Specify the correct optimization phase. Optimization phases are stages in the business process
improvement cycle, on the basis of which future changes in the organization can
be researched and planned. Optimization phases only apply to project models and
can be linked to business functions, and business processes. Therefore, linking
optimization phases to these model items will only make them active during the
phases to which they are linked. Employee Specify the correct selection range, or use the provided
default values. Aggregate Aggregated Authorizations are generated for all companies that
share the Central DEM company in which the model data is stored. You can display the aggregated authorizations with Display Authorization Data (tgbrg9598m000) session. Aggregating and exporting are separate options and can be
performed independently of each other. Include Previous Versions Includes the data from derived versions. Include all roles This also includes the roles that are not linked to a
user. You can select these options: From Repository Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, all roles from the
repository, Roles (tgbrg8110m000) session, are inserted. Linked to Business Model Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, all roles linked to the
business model are inserted.
Export AMS roles, session authorizations and role assignments are
(re-)generated in AMS. They are based on the aggregated authorization data of
the selected Central DEM Company, Model, Version and Optimization Phase. This
information, the DEM context, is preserved when generating AMS
roles. An export to AMS does not overrule any existing session
authorizations in AMS. Instead the new DEM authorizations are stored besides
the previously generated and/or modeled authorizations. First the changes must
be analyzed and if required adopted, changed or extended, before they are made
effective. Aggregating and exporting are separate options and can be
performed independently of each other. | |
