Interchangeable effectivity units for the outbound process
The effectivity units can be interchanged when there is no
inventory available for the ordered effectivity unit.
For project pegged outbound order lines, when there is no
inventory available for the ordered effectivity unit, LN allows
you to interchange effectivity units.
