| Storage List (whinh3525m100)To print the storage
lists, click Print on the File menu. The printed list can be used by the
employees to store the goods. Run A code assigned to a group of warehousing order lines when they
are advised. LN assigns
or generates a run number if a user does not manually enter or select a run
number while he generates inbound or outbound advice for a group of warehousing
order lines. This is the case if, for example, a user generates outbound advice
by means of the Generate Advice command in the Outbound Order Lines (whinh2120m000) session. LN assigns run numbers
by user. For example, all inbound advice generated by user A on a particular
day obtain a particular run number, and those generated by user B obtain
another run number. For outbound movements, the user can release outbound
advice, generate picking lists, and confirm picking lists by run. For inbound
movements, the user can generate storage lists and confirm storage lists by
run. Warehouse A place for storing goods. For each warehouse, you can enter
address data and data relating to its type. Sequence onStorage List The sequence number of the inbound advice in the storage mission. Inbound Order Line The code of the warehousing order. LN uses the series
specified in the Series field of the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session to generate the order number. If the
warehousing order is generated for an order from a package other than Warehousing, this number
corresponds to the original order number and is not based on the series
specified in the Series field. Inbound Order Line The order set groups order lines of the same order. The order lines are grouped if the following attributes
match: - Ship-from partner
- Ship-to partner
- Ship-from address
- Ship-to address
- Carrier
- Shipping date
- Original company
Inbound Order Line The warehousing order line number. If the order is generated by
a package other than Warehousing, this number is the same as the original order line number. Serial Number The unique identification of a single physical item. LN uses a mask to generate
the serial number. The serial number can consist of multiple data segments that
represent, for example, a date, model and color information, sequence number,
and so on. Serial numbers can be generated for items and for tools. Inbound Order Line The sequence number of the warehousing order line. Item The raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools
that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, and sold. An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit,
or which exist in multiple product variants. You can also define nonphysical items, which are not
retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to
customers. The examples of nonphysical items: - Cost items (for example, electricity)
- Service items
- Subcontracting services
- List items (menus/options)
ToLocation The location in which the goods
are to be put away. Advised Quantity The actual quantity advised, expressed in the storage unit. Quantity Advised The storage unit in which the actual receipt is expressed. Inspection The inspection for which the storage list is created. Inspection Sequence The sequence number of the
inspection for which the storage list is created. Inspection Line The inspection line of the inspection for which the storage
list is created. From Location The location from which the
goods must be taken to be put away. To Handling Unit The handling unit for which the inbound advice is created. If
this handling unit was created from another handling unit, the original
handling unit from which this handling unit is created is displayed in the From Handling Unit field. For example, if the original handling unit is a pallet
containing several boxes, you can split up the handling unit into the smaller
(child) handling units representing the boxes and then create inbound advice
for the boxes. This can be useful if there is not enough room in the warehouse
to accommodate the entire pallet. | |
