| To test audit management after installationTo test audit management after installation of ERP LN 6.1: - Start the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
- Double-click your user (bsp or Baan) and take the following
steps:
- Change the Company to 090.
- Change the Startup Menu to tccom00000000.
- Change the Development Parameters template to
"Default".
- Convert the changes to runtime.
- Restart Worktop (F2).
- Start the Audit Trail Security (ttaud3137m000) session and insert a new record: for all
packages, all modules, all tables, all companies, printing allowed, cleaning
allowed, maintaining allowed.
- Start the Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000) session.
- Create a new record: tc test with field “all companies” Yes,
“Active” Yes. Select the new record and on the appropriate menu, click Table Settings by Profile. The Audit Tables by Profile (ttaud3120m000) session starts.
- Insert the table tc mcs 045 (Areas) and set the Audit Type to
“Changed” and set “Active” to “Yes”.
- Close the Audit Tables by Profile (ttaud3120m000) session.
- On the appropriate menu in the Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000) session, click Create Runtime Audit Definitions. The Create Runtime Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000) session starts.
- Select the Audit Profiles check box and click Create. The ${BSE}/lib/audit_cols file is updated.
- Reopen the Worktop document and start the menubrowser with user
root (or for Windows platforms, user baan).
- Start the Audit Authorizations (ttaad4562m000) session and supply user bsp all
authorizations.
- Reopen the Worktop document as user bsp and start your test
session Areas (tcmcs0145m000) to be audited.
- Run an insert-, update- and delete action.
- Start the Print Range of Audit Files (ttaad4461m000) session and print the audited actions. You
must enter the following selection: table tc mcs045; company 090.
- Check the logfiles in ${BSE}/log.
