| Create Runtime Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000)Use this session to convert the audit
settings to run time. Note - Only settings for which the Active check
box is selected, are converted to run time.
- In most cases, it is recommended that users leave LN when new settings
are converted to run time to prevent the loss or corruption of data.
Audit Profiles If this check box is selected, the active audit
profiles are converted to run time. The audit profiles are defined in the Audit Profiles (ttaud3110m000) session. Note If the new settings result in a change of the packages,
modules, tables or fields that are audited, it is recommended that other users
leave LN, because their
audit trail can become corrupted through the change. Changes in the audit type cause no problems. Audit Hosts If this check box is selected, the settings for the
audit hosts are converted to run time. The audit hosts are configured in the Audit Hosts (ttaud3130m000) session. Note To prevent that existing audit trails are corrupted, it is
recommended that users whose audit hosts are affected by the changes leave
their bshell, when you convert the new settings to run time. Audit Trail Paths If this check box is selected, the settings for the
audit trail paths are converted to run time. The audit trail paths are defined in the Audit Trail Paths (ttaud3136m000) session. Note Users whose audit trails are affected by the new settings,
are recommended to leave their bshell before converting to run time, else their audit
trails can be spread over two locations. Audit Trail File Sizes If this check box is selected, the settings for the
audit trail file sizes are converted to run time, which means that all new sequence files get the new sizes. Existing sequence files
are not affected. The audit trail file sizes are set in the Audit Trail File Sizes (ttaud3135m000) session. | |
