Audit Fields by Table (ttaud3125m000)Use this session to to define which fields must be audited, and when they must be audited. Note
Profile The audit profile you configure or view in this session. Table The number of the table. Key Field If this check box is selected, the field is part of the primary key of the table. Field The field for which you define the audit type. If Customer Defined Fields (CDF) are defined for this table,
they can also be used in the audit process. The CDF name must be prefixed by
the string Audit Type The setting that defines when a field is audited. You can choose to audit a field 'always', or only when it is 'changed':
Active If this check box is selected, and the profile that is selected in the Profile field is also active, the next time you run the Create Runtime Audit Definitions (ttaud3200s000) session the settings for this field are converted to run time .
Print Profiles Click to zoom to the Print Profiles (ttaud3410m000) session. Load All Fields Click to load all fields of the selected table. A message prompts you to select the audit type that you want to apply to these fields. Load Key Fields Click to load all key fields of the selected table. A key field is part of the primary key of the table. A message prompts you to select the audit type that you want to apply to these fields. All key fields are loaded by default, when you start to specify the fields you want to audit. You can delete the key fields, but note that missing key fields can make an audit trail unusable.
