Allowed values Activity Origin Resource ID The ID of the proposed resource. Employee The ID of the service engineer. Note This field is populated only when the Activity Origin field is set to Service Order. Service Engineer Name The name of the service engineer. Department The ID of the service department. Note This field is populated only when the activity origin field is set to Work Order or Planned Activity. Description The description or name of the code. Priority The resource sequence number defined using the priority rule. Match on Attribute Values The matching level of the attribute value with the resource. Allowed values Match on Attribute Values Match on Mandatory Skills LN selects this check box only if all the mandatory skills match. This field is cleared when the resource allocation is based on attribute value. Match on Preferred Skills LN selects this check box only if all the preferred skills match. This field is cleared when the resource allocation is based on attribute value. Availability Percentage The availability percentage of the proposed resource . Allocate Resource to Planning Group If this check box is selected, you can allocate the resource to the planning group.
