Groups for Quality (tsspc3100m500)

	Groups for Quality (tsspc3100m500) Use this session to view and modify the group planning data for Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan. Note The Plan Groups and Activity Sets option is displayed, only if the Planned by Origin check box for the non-conformance or the corrective action plan is cleared on the Quality tab in the Resource Planning Parameters (tsspc0101m000) session. This session is displayed in: The Groups for Quality - Resource Requirements (tsspc3604m902) session. The Groups for Quality - Proposed Resources (tsspc3604m903) session. Start Date Groups The start date of the group. Infor LN displays the details of the groups with a start date later than the specified date. Finish Date Groups The finish date of the group. Infor LN displays the details of the groups with a finish date earlier than the specified date. Allocated Engineer The code of the allocated service engineer based on which the group data is filtered. Group Set The unique ID of the group set for which the attribute values are specified. Group The unique ID of the group. Activity Origin The origin of the activity. Allowed values Activity Origin Check Resources for Attribute Values If this check box is selected, Infor LN allocates resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan based on the attribute values. Check Resources for Skills If this check box is selected, Infor LN allocates resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan based on the skills. Check Resources for Availability If this check box is selected, Infor LN checks the availability of resources for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan. Minimum Availability Percentage The minimum availability percentage of the resource for the allocation. Group Status The least possible status of all the activities in the group. Allowed values Group Planning Activity Status Maximum NCR/CAP Status The highest possible status of all the activities in the group. Frozen If this check box is selected, the group is frozen and you cannot add new groups to the existing groups. Firm Planned If this check box is selected, the group is firm planned and you cannot modify the start and finish date of the group. Sort Method The sorting method for the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan activities in an activity set. Allowed values Sort Method Keep Sequence of Activity Sets If this check box is selected, Infor LN does not change the sequence of the activity sets when the specified group is planned. Planned Start Time The planned start date and time of the first activity set in the specified group. Planned Finish Time The planned finish date and time of the last activity set in the specified group. Plan Method The method to plan the Non-Conformance Report and Corrective Action Plan activities. Allowed values Plan Method Total Activity Duration The cumulative duration of activities for all the activity sets in the group. Allocated Engineer The engineer allocated to the specified group. Initialize Populates the data in the Start Date Groups field. Initialize Populates the data in the Finish Date Groups field. Remove Allocated Resources Deletes all the resources assigned to the selected order. Show All Displays all the groups defined for all the orders.
