Creating TAT Document for a Maintenance Sales Order Part Maintenance LineLN creates a TAT Document for the part maintenance line based on the Item and Serial Number specified in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Maintenance Lines (tsmsc1110m100) session. The document is created only if an applicable term is available in the Turnaround Time Terms (tcttm0110m000) session. Else, the part maintenance line is created without the TAT Document and a warning message is displayed. In case a service contract is linked to the item, serial number or the installation group specified for the part maintenance line, the TAT Document data of the service contract is copied to the new TAT Document created for the part maintenance line. If the item, serial number or the installation group specified for the part maintenance line do not have a service contract linked, but the associated maintenance sales order has a service contract linked, the TAT Document data of this service contract is copied to the new TAT Document created for the part maintenance line. For the existing part maintenance lines (not initiated from a Call) that do not have a TAT Document linked, you can use the Create Turnaround Time Document option in the Maintenance Sales Order - Part Maintenance Lines (tsmsc1110m100) session to create the Document. This option is enabled only for the part maintenance lines with the status, Free.
