Call Management master data
The Call Management module often uses master data, especially call parameters. Call parameters must
be completed as fully as possible to gain maximum use of the available
functionality in Service.
Use the sessions in this
module to define and maintain the following:
- Call parameters: use the Call Parameters (tsclm0100m000) session.
- Response times: use the Response Types (tsclm0120m000) session.
- Priority data: use the Priority Time Scale (tsclm0124m000) session.
- Problem types: use the Problems (tsclm3130m000) session.
- Questions: use the Questions (tsclm3100m000) session.
- Answers: use the Answers (tsclm3105m000) session.
- Diagnostic tree: use the Diagnostic Tree (tsclm3120m000) and Diagnostic Tree (tsclm3121m000) sessions.
- Solutions: use the Solutions (tsclm3135m000) session.
- Invoicing intervals: use
the Invoicing Intervals (tsclm0170m000) session.
