Items - Service by Site (tsmdm2120m100)

Use this session to view and maintain the service data for a site and an item combination.

Note

You can specify the data in this session only if:

  • The specified item is defined in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session.
  • Item data is specified for the selected site in the Items by Site (tcibd1550m000) session.

The code of the site.

Use Global Item Service

If this check box is selected, the item data specified in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session is considered.

Repair Warehouse

The warehouse linked to the site. The specified Item is issued from this warehouse.

Note

This value is defaulted from the Item - Ordering by Site (tcibd2150m000) session.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Operations Department

The operations department that is responsible to execute the work orders for the specified Item, at the specified Site.

Critical for Inventory Check

If this check box is selected, the material availability check must be performed for the Item.

Return unconsumed Items to Warehouse

If this check box is selected, the material that is not used must be returned to the warehouse.

Note

This check box is cleared and cannot be modified if the Item Type for the selected Item is set to Subcontracted Service in the Items - Service Defaults (tsmdm2105m000) session.

Service Kit Type

The code of the service kit type to which the specified Item is linked.

Note

This field is enabled only if the Item Type for the selected Item is set to a value other than Subcontracted Service in the Items - Service Defaults (tsmdm2105m000) session.

Description

Generate Planned Activities

If this check box is selected, you can generate the planned activities for the serialized item.

Create Planned Inventory Transactions for Planned Activities

If this check box is selected, planned inventory transactions (PIT) must be created for the item.

Note
  • This field is displayed only if the Create Planned Inventory Transactions check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
  • This value is defaulted from the Items - Service Defaults (tsmdm2105m000) session, if the Item Type and the Item Group is specified in the Items - Service Defaults (tsmdm2105m000) session for the item.
  • If item-service default is not specified, this check box is selected if the Create Planned Inventory Transactions check box is selected in the Service Planning Parameters (tsspc0100m000) session.
Delivery Type for Depot Repair

The delivery type for the item that requires shop maintenance.

Action Outgoing Subassembly

The action performed on an outgoing subassembly.

This field is set to Not Applicable and cannot be modified if the Item Type for the selected Item is set to Subcontracted Service in the Items - Service Defaults (tsmdm2105m000) session.
