Customer Claim (tscmm1610m100)

Use this session to filter the customer claims and the customer claim lines based on the values you specify.

To filter the customer claims and the customer claim lines, you can also use the options that are specific to the customer claims and the customer claim lines.

When you select a claim, only the claim lines linked to that claim and that match the selected claim line filter, are displayed.

 

Sold-to Business Partner

The code of the sold-to business partner.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Internal Sales Representative

The code of the employee.

Note

The value in this field is defaulted from the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session based on the login ID of the user.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Service Office

The code of the service department.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Sales Reference System

The order system in LN to which the claim refers.

Allowed values

Original Order System

Sales Document Type

The type of document related to the selected Sales Reference System, to which the claim refers.

Sales Document Number

The document number of the sales reference which can be an order number or an invoice number. This field is only applicable and also mandatory when Sales Document Type is other than Not Applicable.

Installation Group

The code of the installation group.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Item

The code of the item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the serialized item.

Item Description

The description or name of the code.

Period

The period. The period range for which the claims are displayed.

Period Unit

The unit in which the period is expressed.

Current Period

Click Current Period to activate this filter. The claims that have the Planned Delivery Time between the current day and the last day of the specified period, are displayed. LN selects the related check box.

Next Period

Click Next Period to activate this filter. The claims that have the Planned Delivery Time in the next period (after the current period) are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Previous Period

Click Previous Period to activate this filter. The claims that have the Planned Delivery Time in the previous period (before the current period) are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Overdue

Click Overdue to activate this filter. The claims that have the Planned Delivery Time before the current day, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Unplanned

Click Unplanned to activate this filter. The claims for which the Planned Delivery Time is not specified, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Threshold Amount

The threshold amount for the claimed amount.

Currency

The currency in which the threshold amount is expressed. The claims that use this currency are only displayed.

Less than

Click Less than to activate this filter. The claims that have the Claimed Amount less than the threshold amount, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Equal to

Click Equal to to activate this filter. The claims that have the Claimed Amount equal to the threshold amount, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Greater than

Click Greater than to activate this filter. The claims that have the Claimed Amount greater than the threshold amount, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Zero Amount

Pending Approval Estimates

Click Pending Approval Estimates to activate this filter. The claim lines with the status, Pending Approval Estimates, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Reimburse Materials

Pending Material Return

Click Pending Material Return to activate this filter. The claim lines with the status, Pending Material Return, are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Reimburse Costs

Overdue Receipts

Click Overdue Receipts to activate this filter. The claim lines, for which the Return Material Required check box is selected and the Planned Receipt Time of the linked customer receipt line is before the current date, are displayed. Claimed Amount (Graph)

The graph displays the claimed amount against the approved amounts. These amounts are split into material, labor, tooling and other cost that are approved and rejected.

Displays all the customer claims and the claim lines. All the filters are cleared.
