Source Analyze Codes per Verification Filter (tlvsc2512m000)

Use this session to enable source analyze codes for a verification filter. VSC can use these source analyze codes to perform user-defined checks on scripts such as UI scripts, DLLs and DALs.

The verification filter is identified by the view fields in the upper part of the session window.

The source analyze codes are displayed in the grid in the lower part of the session window. To enable a source analyze code, you must click the corresponding Active check box.

You can start this session from te menu browser and from the Scripts tab in the Verification Filter Defaults (tlvsc2110m000) session.

Note

To make sure that VSC executes the source analyze codes that are enabled for a verification filter, you must select the Analyze Codes check box in the verification filter's properties. For details, refer to the online help of the Verification Filter Defaults (tlvsc2110m000) session.

Verification Code

The verification code to which the verification filter is linked.

Package

The package for which the (specific) verification filter is defined.

For a generic filter, this field is empty.

Module

The module for which the (specific) verification filter is defined.

For a generic filter, this field is empty.

Package VRC

The version of the package for which the (specific) verification filter is defined.

For a generic filter, this field is empty.

Package VRC

The release of the package for which the (specific) verification filter is defined.

For a generic filter, this field is empty.

Package VRC

The customer extension of the package VRC for which the (specific) verification filter is defined.

For a generic filter, this field is empty.

Active

If this check box is selected, the source analyze code is enabled for the selected verification filter.

Note: VSC only executes the source analyze codes that are enabled for a verification filter, if the Analyze Codes check box in the verification filter's properties is selected. For details, refer to the online help of the Verification Filter Defaults (tlvsc2110m000) session.

If this check box is cleared, the source analyze code is disabled for the selected verification filter.

Source Analyze Code

The code that identifies the source analyze code.

Warning Message

The text of the warning message that is linked to the source analyze code. This message is displayed in the warning, that VSC generates if an error is found during the execution of the source analyze code.

Message ID

The ID of the warning that VSC generates if an error is found during the execution of the source analyze code.

Priority

The priority of the warning that VSC generates if an error is found during the execution of the source analyze code.
