| Print Multilevel Cost Calculation (ticpr2420m000) Use this session to print calculations of standard costs and valuation prices for each level of a manufactured item's product structure. The printed calculation is identical to the calculation that
is carried out if you run the Calculate Standard Cost (ticpr2210m000) session while the Standard Cost Calculation Method field is Top-Down. You can print calculations of simulated
standard cost/valuation prices as well. Note that this session never updates
the standard cost tables. Selection Range Cost Calculation Code A specification of how a standard cost, valuation price, or
sales price is calculated. The code stores specific cost calculation data. The price calculation code that is defined in the Standard Cost Calculation Parameters (ticpr0100m000) session determines the standard
cost. Other cost calculation codes are used for simulation purposes. The price
calculation code for customized items is stored by project. Example - Specific operation rates
- Subcontracting rates
- Simulated purchase prices
- Surcharges
Item The raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools
that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, and sold. An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit,
or which exist in multiple product variants. You can also define nonphysical items, which are not
retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to
customers. The examples of nonphysical items: - Cost items (for example, electricity)
- Service items
- Subcontracting services
- List items (menus/options)
Effectivity Unit A reference number, for example a sales order line or a project
deliverable line, that is used to model deviations for a unit effective item. Calculation Date The date for which you want to print standard cost
calculation data. The standard cost calculation date is
important to simulate cost/valuation price calculations on a date other than
the current date. It can lie in the future or in the past. On the basis of this
date, LN automatically
simulates the structure of the product and the routing as they exist on the
given cost calculation date. By default, LN shows the current
date. Enterprise Unit The enterprise unit, or range of units for which the standard
cost calculation is printed. Note Only visible if Standard Cost per Enterprise Unit in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session is Active. Settings Currency The currency in which the prices in the report are expressed. Calculation Options Predefined Order Quantity Main Item If this check box is selected, LN bases the standard cost calculation on the predefined order
quantity of the main item. If this check box is cleared, you must enter a value in the Use Order Quantity field on which LN bases the standard
cost calculation. Use Order Quantity The order quantity of the main item on which the standard
cost calculation is based. You can only enter a value if the Predefined Order Quantity Main Item check box is not
selected. Predefined Order Quantity Sub Items If this check box is selected, the standard costs and valuation prices of the
subitems are based on the predefined order quantity of the sub items. If this check box is cleared, the quantity of the sub items on which LN bases the standard
cost calculation is derived from the quantity of the main item. Example | | Quantity | Predefined Order Quantity |
---|
Main Item | Bicycle | 1x | 5 | Subitem | Wheel | 2x | 15 | Subitem | ... | ... | ... |
Predefined Order Quantity Sub Items check box | Result | Selected | Standard cost of Wheel based on 15
items is: 100 Standard cost of Main Item: | Cleared | Order quantity of Wheel is 5 x 2=
10 Standard cost of Wheel is based on
10 items: 105 Standard cost of Main Item |
Details by Cost Component If this check box is selected, the details of the
standard cost and valuation price calculation are printed by cost component. Include Fixed Costs If this check box is selected, costs such as operation
rates or surcharges that you defined as fixed costs are printed. | |
