Statistics Sort Sequences (tdsta1101m000)

Use this session to select and view the sort atrributes that are linked to the statistics sort and group them in a sequence. Sort attributes are fields that are used to sort data in statistical reports and overviews. They identify specific sequences of a selection of the level attributes, as entered in the Statistics Level (tdsta0601m000) session and as selected in the Statistics Parameters (tdsta0100m000) session.

You can start this session:

  • From the Statistic Sorts (tdsta1600m000) session, by clicking the New button on the Statistics Sort Sequences tab.
  • Stand-alone. As a result, you must select a Statistics Sort after which you can view or enter the linked sort attributes.
Note

You can only select sort attributes that are present in all the levels that are linked to the selected options for the sort, which can be Purchase Order Intake, Purchase Cancellation, Purchase Turnover, Sales Order Intake, Sales Cancellation, and Sales Turnover.

Statistics Sort

An identifying code and description of a set of data fields grouped in a sequence. These data fields are used in statistics reports and displays. When a report or display is generated, the fields are filled with data from the database and displayed in the report or display according to the sequence defined in the sort code.

Sequence

The sort attribute's sequence in the sort.

Sort sequence one is the highest sequence, sequence two the second highest, and so on. Each sequence can only occur once in a sort.

Sort Attribute

The sort atrribute (field) that is linked to the statistics sort.
