References by Opportunity (tdsmi1115m000)Use this session to view, enter, and maintain reference information for an opportunity. If a sales quotation is generated from an opportunity, a reference of the Sales Quotation type is automatically inserted in this session. For this automatically generated reference, except for the Remark field, you cannot change reference fields or delete the reference. References to other types can only be manually specified. For example, you can specify a reference to another opportunity or to a manually entered sales quotation.
Opportunity The opportunity to which references are linked. Sequence The reference's sequence number. Type The type of reference that is linked to the opportunity. Reference The number of the reference that is linked to the opportunity. Based on the reference Type, references are retrieved from the following sessions:
Status The status of the reference that is linked to the opportunity. Due Date The due date of the reference that is linked to the opportunity. Based on the reference Type, this date is the following:
Amount The reference's total amount. For the following references types, this amount is the following:
The currency in which the Amount is expressed. Information Information on the reference, which is automatically specified. Remark Optionally, you can specify a remark for the reference.
