General Sales Office A department that is identified in the company business model to manage the business partner's sales relations. Sold-to Business Partner The business partner who orders goods or services from your organization, who owns the configurations you maintain, or for whom you perform a project. Usually a customer's purchase department. The agreement with the sold-to business partner can include:
Ship-to Business Partner The business partner to whom you ship the ordered goods. This usually represents a customer's distribution center or warehouse. The definition includes the default warehouse from which you send the goods, the carrier who carries out the transport, and the related sold-to business partner. Creation Date The date and time on which the sales release was created. Item The raw materials, subassemblies, finished products, and tools that can be purchased, stored, manufactured, and sold. An item can also represent a set of items handled as one kit, or which exist in multiple product variants. You can also define nonphysical items, which are not retained in inventory but can be used to post costs or to invoice services to customers. The examples of nonphysical items:
Item Code System An external, alternate way of coding items. Coding systems can be general standard systems (such as EAN) or systems that are dependent on a specific business partner. Customer Item Identification code for an item (product, component, or part). The item code can consist of multiple fields or segments. This field is automatically filled with the incoming EDI item code, which must be converted during processing EDI messages. Release Lines The total number of sales release lines that are displayed, based on the General filter. Status Created If a check mark is displayed, releases and lines with the status Created are displayed. Click Created to activate or deactivate this filter. Count The count of the lines for the filter, which is displayed irrespective of the activation of the filter. Processed If a check mark is displayed, releases and lines with the status Processed are displayed. Click Processed to activate or deactivate this filter. Exception If a check mark is displayed, releases and lines with the status Exception are displayed. Click Exception to activate or deactivate this filter. Superseded If a check mark is displayed, releases and lines with the status Superseded are displayed. Click Superseded to activate or deactivate this filter. Messages Warnings If a check mark is displayed, releases that have warning messages are displayed. Click Warnings to activate or deactivate this filter. Errors If a check mark is displayed, releases that have error messages are displayed. Click Errors to activate or deactivate this filter.
Show All Clears the filters, so you can make a new selection. Last Revision Displays only the last revision of a sales release.
