Selected Sales Contract Lines (tdsls3512s000)

Use this session to display:

You can also link a contract to link to the sales order line. If you select a contract line, the prices and discounts linked to that contract apply to the sales order line.

You can link a sales contract to a sales order line, only if:

  • The contract status is Active.
  • The contract is effective.

Price and discount related fields in this session are retrieved from:

  • The Sales Contract Lines (tdsls3501m000) session, if the Contract Prices in Use check box is cleared on the sales contract line.
  • The Sales Contract Prices (tdsls3103m000) session, if the Contract Prices in Use check box is selected on the sales contract line.

 

Contract

The number of the sales contract.

Line

The position number of the contract line.

Sales Office

A department that is identified in the company business model to manage the business partner's sales relations. The sales office is used to identify the locations that are responsible for the organization's sales activities.

Contract Type

The type of contract, which can be special contract, or normal contract.

Price

The contractual price for the line item.

Cur

The currency in which the amounts on the contract are expressed.

Unit

The unit in which the item's contract price is expressed.

Total Material Price

The sales contract line item's total material price.

Note

Because a contract line cannot have material price surcharges, this field shows the total material base price.

Discount %

The discount percentage of the contract line. This single discount percentage applies to the total amount.

Item/Price Group
Effectivity Unit

A reference number, for example a sales order line or a project deliverable line, that is used to model deviations for a unit effective item.

Ship-to Business Partner

The business partner to whom you ship the ordered goods. This usually represents a customer's distribution center or warehouse. The definition includes the default warehouse from which you send the goods, the carrier who carries out the transport, and the related sold-to business partner.

Expiry Date

The contract line's expiry date.

Price Book

An entity in which you can store price information that is valid for a given period of time.

A price book includes the following elements:

  • A price book header, which contains the code, type, and use of the price book.
  • One or more price book lines, which contain the items.

A quantity or value break discount schedule can be linked to a price book.

The Used for Contracts check box must be selected for the price book in the Price Books (tdpcg0111m000) session.
