To set up automatic transfer

To set up automatic transfer of tax declarations, you must create a tax declaration master for automatically transferred tax declarations.

To create a tax declaration master for automatic transfer

  1. In the Tax Declaration Master (tfgld1620m000) session:

    1. Select the Automatic Transfer check box.
    2. In the Declaration Pathname field, specify the location and the filename for the generated XML file. You can specify a location on your PC or on the server.
    3. In the Number of Decimals for Rounding field, specify the number of decimals required for amounts on the tax declaration. If no decimal values are required, specify zero.
  2. On the Tax Positions by Tax Declaration Master (tfgld1121m000) tab:

    1. On the appropriate menu, click Initialize. The required tax declaration fields are added to the tax declaration master.
    2. For the generated fields that correspond with boxes on the tax declaration, do one of the following:

      • Manually select the tax positions. Scroll through the lines, and on every line on which the Tax Position field is empty and shows a browse arrow, click the browse arrow. The Tax Positions (tfgld0120m000) session starts, which you can use to select a tax position.
      • For the fields for which the User-defined Tag Content check box is selected, enter a value. If you cannot specify the value in the lines session, double-click the line to start the details session.
    3. Other generated fields are for information only. Double-click the line to start the Tax Positions by Tax Declaration Master (tfgld1121m000) details session. For some details, you must specify the value of the XML tag, for example, your fiscal number.
    4. To display the format of the generated XML declaration file, on the appropriate menu, click Show file.
