Tabs The lines on the tabs refer to these sessions: Activities Notes Refers to the Notes (tcstl1550m000) session. On this tab, you can view, enter, and maintain
the notes that are linked to the invoice-to business
partner. If you double-click a line or enter a new note on this tab, the Note (tcstl1650m000) session is started. Contacts Additional Attributes
General Invoice-to Business Partner The business partner to which you send invoices. This usually
represents a customer's accounts payable department. The definition includes
the default currency and exchange rate, invoicing method and frequency,
information about the customer's credit limit, the terms and method of payment,
and the related pay-by business partner. Department The department that is linked to the business-partner role.
The business partner's financial data for the role is registered in the
financial company to which the department is linked. Workflow Status The status that is applicable if the business object requires authorization approval using ION Workflow. When you perform a change that requires authorization, a
checked-out version is automatically created for the business object. The
changes you submit are only effective after approval/check-in. You can also
undo your changes, or recall your submitted changes. - Checked-out and checked-in objects are displayed in the Checked-out Objects (ttocm9599m000) session.
- From the appropriate menu of this session, select Workflow and execute the required action for the
business object.
Allowed values If the business object is checked out, this field displays an Object status. If the business object is checked in,
this field displays an Approval status. If a description is specified for the object type in the Workflow Information Fields (ttocm0106m000) session (which is displayed as a
tab in the Object Types (ttocm0102m000) session), regardless if the object is checked in
or out, this field always displays the value of the appropriate Description field. Note For more information on setting up and using ION Workflow

ION Workflows and Monitors at Infor Xtreme. General Address The invoice-from business partner's address. Address Line 1 The first part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 1 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Address Line 2 The second part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 2 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Address Line 3 The third part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 3 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Address Line 4 The fourth part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 4 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Address Line 5 The fifth part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 5 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Address Line 6 The sixth part of the address, as defaulted from the Address Line 6 field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session. Interest Rate Code The code for the penalty interest. Penalty interest is
calculated for interest amount that is overdue. This interest rate code is
assigned to the business partner. Note - This field is applicable only if the Charge Interest check box is selected.
- If you specify this value, the Interest Rate Code specified in the Financial Business Partner Groups (tfacr0110m000) session is ignored.
- The interest rate defined for this Interest Rate Code is used to calculate the interest
amount on reminder letters and interest invoices.
Business Phone The phone number at the business address. Primary Contact The business partner's primary contact. Note If this field is filled, the invoice-to business partner
is also linked to the contact in the Business Partner Roles by Contact (tccom4546m000) session. Text Use this field to enter a text related to the invoice-to
business partner. Status Business Partner Status The status assigned to the business partner, which determines
the actions that can be carried out for the business partner. For example, you cannot specify a sales order for a business
partner with status Prospect, or ship goods
to a business partner with status Inactive. From The date and time when this status takes effect. If you leave this field empty, the
status takes effect immediately. To The expiry date and time of the business partner's status. If you leave this field empty, the
status continues. User Created by The user who specified the invoice-to business
partner. Creation Date The date the business partner data was created. Last Modified by The user who last modified the business partner data. Last Modification Date The date the business partner data was last modified. Detailed Details Language The language used for documents addressed to the business partner.
If no document is available in this language, the document in the company
language is used. Business Partner Signal If you specify a signal here, the signal message is
displayed when you enter the business-partner code. Business Partner Type A way to group business partners with similar characteristics,
for example, members of the EU, or subject to specific customs
rules. Note A business-partner type is not the same as a business-partner
role or financial business-partner group. Fax Number The business partner's fax number at the business address. Invoicing Invoicing Currency The default currency used for
invoicing. Exchange Rate Type The exchange-rate type for sales. Default value The sales exchange-rate type you have
specified for the current company in the Companies (tcemm1170m000) session. Financial Customer Group The financial business-partner group to which the business partner is assigned. If you specify the business partner
role for more than one department, you must select the same financial
business-partner group for all the departments of which the enterprise unit is
linked to the same financial company. Charge Interest If this check box is selected, the application
calculates interest on outstanding invoices for the business partner. Number of Extra Invoice Copies The number of copies of the invoice in addition to the
original invoice, that you want to print. Invoicing Method The invoicing method that you use to generate invoices for the business partner. Match Code The match code selected from the Match Codes (tcmcs0158m000) session. If you leave this field empty, the
default value specified in the Invoicing Parameters (cisli0100m000) session will be used. Invoice Interval The number of days between the delivery of invoices to the
business partner. If you generate invoices in Invoicing, the
application only generates invoices for the business partner if the invoice
interval has expired. Date Invoiced The most recent date on which you generated generate
invoices for the business partner in Invoicing. Freight Invoice Invoice for Freight Based On The way in which the application adds the freight costs to
the invoice. If the freight costs must not be added to the invoice, specify Not Applicable. Additional Percentage If Invoice for Freight Based On is set to Freight Costs or Freight Costs (Update Allowed), this is the percentage of the invoice amount that
must be added for the freight costs. Additional Amount If Invoice for Freight Based On is set to Freight Costs or Freight Costs (Update Allowed), this is the amount for the freight costs that must
be added to the invoice amount. Additional Amount A generally accepted medium of exchange such as coins, treasury
notes, and banknotes. The following currency types are available in LN: - Home currency, which is used internally by companies to
calculate costs, record budgets, and register tax amounts
- Transaction currency, which is used in transactions with
business partners, such as orders and invoices
Credit Control Credit Control Credit Rating The credit rating that
you use for the business partner. Credit Bureau Reference Number The reference number that the credit bureau uses for the
business partner. If you use a credit bureau to verify the
business partner's financial status, you can enter the reference number in this
field. Credit Limit The business partner's credit limit. Default value Zero (= no credit limit) Note - The credit limit cannot be less than zero.
- In the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session, you can specify whether the
application must display a warning message or block the sales order if the new
order balance exceeds the credit limit.

notes, and banknotes. The following currency types are available in LN: - Home currency, which is used internally by companies to
calculate costs, record budgets, and register tax amounts

Highest Credit Used Since Last Credit Review The highest total amount of created orders and invoiced
orders for the business partner since the date on which you last reviewed the
business partner's credit situation. Date of Last Credit Review The date on which you last reviewed the business partner's
credit situation. Credit Insurance Credit Limit Insured The credit amount that you insured for the business
partner. Note This field is for reference purposes only. Reference The reference that the credit insurance company uses for
the business partner. Expiry Date of Insured Credit Limit The credit insurance is valid until this date. Note This field is for reference purposes only. Tolerance Due Invoices Amount The tolerance amount for overdue invoices. The application calculates the total
amount of the business partner's overdue invoices and compares it with the
tolerance amount. If the total invoice amount is higher than the tolerance
amount, the application signals that the business partner is overdue. You can block the sales orders
procedure if you select the Block if Invoice is Overdue check box in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session. Percentage The tolerance for overdue invoices expressed as a
percentage of the credit limit. The application calculates the total
amount of the business partner's overdue invoices and compares it with the
tolerance amount. If the total invoice amount is higher than the tolerance
amount, the application signals that the business partner is overdue. You can block the sales orders
procedure if you select the Block if Invoice is Overdue check box in the Sales Order Parameters (tdsls0100s400) session. Paying Paying Payment Days The payment days you specified for the payment terms in the Payment Terms (tcmcs0113s000) session. Payment days are fixed days of the
month, on which payments are due. If payment days are specified, the calculated
due date is changed into the next fixed payment day. Payment Terms for Credit Notes The payment terms for credit notes which the application
generates for goods returned by the business partner. Late Payment Surcharge for Credit Notes The late payment surcharge for credit notes which the
application generates for goods returned by the business partner. Pay-by Business Partner The default pay-by business partner of the invoice-to
business partner. Payment Method for Credit Notes The payment method for credit notes which the application
generates for goods returned by the business partner. Dimension Accounting Dimension The dimensions to which the business partner's invoice
amounts are posted by default. These dimensions overrule the dimensions
specified for the business partner group in Accounts Receivable. Description One of up to twelve available analysis account bases for ledger
accounts. Miscellaneous DAS 2 SIREN Code The business partner's SIREN code. Establishment Code The business partner's location identification. | |
