| Personalizing LNLN offers several methods to personalize the application: On the appropriate menu menu of a session, you can click the following: - Personalize Form, to specify
which fields you want to display and hide in a session.
- Personalize Toolbar, to
specify which commands you want to display and hide on the toolbar and on the
toolbar menus.
Personalize Views, to
create personalized views for the session. You can use views to sort and browse
records in multiple ways. To switch between views, use the Views > Sort by command. Note: The functionality to personalize views is not
available in all sessions with multiple views.
You can define your own filters that display only those
records that meet your criteria. For more information, refer to Using filters. You can define your personal default values. For more information, refer to Using personal default values. You can specify conditions to apply special formatting
effects to the data displayed in a session. You can define multiple conditions
per session. You can define different types of formatting effects, for example
a specific color for particular fields or rows, and a warning symbol for
particular rows. To apply conditional formatting to a session, on the appropriate menu, click Conditional Formatting and then Edit Conditions. The Conditional Formatting (ttadv9502m000) session starts, in which you can specify
your conditions and formats.
