operational company to the archive company.
- In the Default Text Groups by Text Field Template (ttams1120m000) session, copy (Duplicate) the
data of the operational company to the archive company.
- Convert to runtime.
- Change the Text Group Authorization Template (ttams1122m000) session by copying (Group,
Duplicate) the data that refers to the operational company to the archive
company.
- Manually change the value in the Authorization field that refers to the archive
company to Read.
- Convert to runtime.
Note - The Text Windows (tttxt004) and Text Groups (tttxt005) tables
are shared, as described in Share tables between operational and archive
companies (ttaad4120m000).

Most Tools tables are stored in company 0000, but some
tables are company-linked. Regarding this, note the following: - The Text Groups (tttxt005) table is physically present for
company 0000 and the operational company.
- Text groups that refer to all companies are stored in the
tttxt005 table of company 0000.
- Text groups that refer to a specific operational company
are stored in the physical tttxt005 table for that specific company.
- Text groups that refer to a specific archive company are
stored in the logical tttxt005 table for that specific company. That is, the
physical tttxt005 table of the linked operational company.
