Workflow Management System
The Workflow Management system module is used for third party
integration with Fujitsu iBPM to define Workflow processes and
their related attributes. A Workflow process definition consists of a business process and the
data that is handled in the business process.
A complete definition of a workflow process consists of:
- Business process definition with states, activities, and
relationships.
- Roles assigned to the business process and individual
activities.
- Workflow object definition with fields and mappings to ERP
application fields.
- Norm times and deadlines for the business process and the
individual activities.
- Events assigned to the activities and controls.
- dynamic conditions attached
to the transitions leaving a control activity.
